Overview

Qualification program

Graduate students work on interdisciplinary research projects and are mentored by a team of basic and clinical neuroscientists.

The qualification program endows students with a comprehensive neuroscience education and with qualifications essential for pursuing a successful career in academic and industrial research. The program places a major emphasis on taking initiative and building scientific interactions, and offers a framework to improve individual strengths.

The core curriculum will mainly take place during the first two years, allowing for adequate time to finalize the thesis in the third year. MD students will follow a shortened core curriculum that emphasizes and have access to all RTG activities.
